Compatible Platform

The FLSA1-1X-2.5-5G throughput upgrade license is exclusively compatible with the Cisco ASR 1001-X router. Requires any technology package license (SLASR1-IPB, SLASR1-AIS, or SLASR1-AES). For 10GE port activation at 5 Gbps throughput, the FLSA1-BIN-1X10GE port license is required separately (one per port). For higher throughput, consider upgrading directly to 10 Gbps (FLSA1-1X-2.5-10G) or 20 Gbps (FLSA1-1X-2.5-20G, which includes free 10GE port activation). Not compatible with the original ASR 1001 — for that platform, use FLASR1001-5G.
